School Tour Update

The Kinsale Community School tour to Andalucia is organised through a licensed and bonded tour operator. The conditions attaching to the booking of the school tour is that final payment must be made by March 1st 2020, by each student intending to travel to secure their booking. If you decide not to pay the final instalment your place will be forfeited. 

The cancellation of the tour is not within the remit of the school.

Any such cancellation, if it were to occur, must be done by the tour operator who will base their decision on travel advisories from the Dept of Foreign Affairs / HSE. In this event a refund or rescheduling of the tour would be expected.

No travel insurance covers a situation whereby the person travelling decides not to travel. 

We sincerely hope that the tour will go ahead as planned and will let you know if this changes.
