International Film Festival Talk
The Cork International Film Festival invited 15 of our students for a discussion of film in secondary schools on the 16th of November. We were welcomed into St. Peter's and sat down as David Puttman took the panel. He eagerly told us about how he had personally gotten into film and explained in great detail how many different and engaging jobs there are when producing a film and what some of them entail.
We were then told by some previous student participants of the programme about how they had greatly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend anyone interested in any aspect of film to participate.
By then the time had flew and we were on out way back to the school, now with new knowledge about film and its many careers.
