Davis College Model United Nations is being hosted this week from Tuesday 24th until Friday 27th January in Cork City Hall.   There will be over 500 delegates from schools across the county, including 12 students from KCS, making it the largest MUN conference of its kind in Ireland.

Model United Nations (MUN) is an activity in which students role play delegates from UN member states and simulate UN committees where current issues are debated.  MUN participants at KCS, with the guidance of their teacher Ms Fiona Hedderman, learn skills like research, public speaking, debating, and writing, in addition to critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership.  The KCS delegation is very much looking forward to the next 4 days!
