Rang Réalta’s Mini Enterprise Brings Festive Cheer
This term, Rang Réalta completed an exciting mini company module with the guidance of Ms. Brosnan and Ms. O'Sullivan. The students worked hard to create and sell their very own handmade Christmas decorations, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills at the annual school Christmas market on Tuesday, 17th December.
The preparation began months ago as the students designed and created a wide range of festive decorations. From reindeer and glitter stars to hand-painted baubles, beaded candy canes, and mini Christmas trees, the variety of decorations on offer was truly impressive.
On the big day, the festive spirit was in full swing as the students donned Christmas hats and set up their beautifully arranged stall. Posters were displayed, pricing was clear, and Christmas music filled the air as they warmly greeted and served customers.
The event was a huge success, and the students were thrilled with the outcome. A special thank you goes to Mr. Duggan, who kindly assisted by providing laser-cut wooden decorations for the students to decorate and sell and also to some of the TY Community Work students who helped on the day.
Thank you to everyone who came along to support Rang Réalta’s enterprise. The students had an unforgettable experience and are already looking forward to their next venture!
