U18 All Ireland Ceilí Band Success at Fleadh Cheoil na h-Eireann

Congratulations to KCS students Mary Clare Murphy (6th Year), Áine O'Reilly (6th Year), Joe Collins (recently graduated) and Maisie O'Callaghan (5th Year) who are part of a 10-piece Ceilí Band that won the U-18 All Ireland Ceilí Band competition at Fleadh Cheoil na h-Eireann in Mullingar in August.

They beat bands from all over Ireland as well as bands that travelled from the UK and the USA. They dedicated hours of practice since the band formed in February this year and their hard work paid off.  We are extremely proud of you all here in KCS, well done.
