Congratulations to Ronan Hawkins, TY, having placed 2nd in Ireland at Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge Final
We are thrilled to announce that Ronan Hawkins, TY student at KCS, has achieved an outstanding accomplishment in the field of computational thinking by placing 2nd Nationally in the Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge which was held in Maynooth on May 6th.
The Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge is a prestigious competition that tests students’ problem-solving skills in computer science and computational thinking. The competition takes place annually, and students from all over the world participate in this event to showcase their skills.
We would also like to congratulate Ciaran Moloney, Christian McCarthy, Conor O’Leary and Fionn Lichtsinn Doyle who also traveled to Maynooth having qualified for the Bebras Ireland 2023 final. This is a tremendous achievement, and we are immensely proud of all our students who participated in the competition.
