KCS Students awarded UCC Entrance Scholarships

Congratulations to our Students who were awarded UCC Entrance Scholarships based on their Leaving Certificate Results for the 2022/23 academic year.  

Professor John O'Halloran, President of University College Cork has invited the Scholarship recipients and KCS members to the Scholarship Awards Ceremony which will be held on Thursday, 19 January 2023. “This is an opportunity to congratulate the students and the school on this outstanding achievement” 

The recipients of the the UCC Entrance Scholarships were the following KCS Students:

Evan Michael Daly (Kavanagh Celtic Civilisation Scholarship) - College of Arts, Celtic Studies and Social Sciences 

Anna Elizabeth Peare (Quercus Entrance Scholarship) - College of Science, Engineering and Food Science 

Aoife Maeve Walsh (Quercus Entrance Scholarship) - College of Science, Engineering and Food Science 

David John Nolan (Quercus Entrance Scholarship) - College of Science, Engineering and Food Science 

Sylvie Plant (Quercus Entrance Scholarship) - College of Medicine and Health
