Careers Expo in Pairc Ui Caoimh & Kinsale College Open Day

On Thursday, senior students studying construction and engineering had the opportunity to go to Pairc Ui Caoimh for Southern Construct - a careers expo about all things in construction. The students engaged with the stands really well, asking lots of questions, using virtual reality headsets plus they got a few nice freebees too. The event was attended by Minister of Public Expenditure and Reform Michael McGrath and deputy Lord Major Damian Boylan.

On Friday, senior cycle students attended Kinsale College Open day where they learnt all about their options after school and the great courses that the college offers. They got a tour of the campus and met the teachers on the different courses. There is still some places for past students who are looking to start a course this year.
