We are delighted to announce that two 5th year Home Economics students Oisin Queva and Shane Condon have be selected by the judges to participate in the Macroom Food Festival, Schools cook off program.

The two dedicated Home Economics students will be cooking their dish this on Sunday the 22nd of September at 3pm. The chosen dish is Honey roast duck served with thyme mash, broad beans and blackberry sauce.

On behalf of the Home Economics department and all staff, we would like to wish them the very best on Sunday next. The prizes up for grabs are two iPads.
