Apprentice Chef Finalists

We are so happy and proud to announce that both our students Niall Stokes and Grace Hynes have progressed to the final stage of the apprentice chef competition. It is a tremendous achievement to qualify for this stage of this competition. 

We will be practising and developing by our dishes over the next couple of weeks so stay tuned to see the progress.
