Senior Cycle students attended Career Options

On Wednesday 16th October, 129 sixth year and LCA students attended a careers fair in Rochestown Park Hotel organised by Ber Bowen, our past colleague, as part of the Cork Branch of Institute of Guidance Counsellors. There were a range of different universities (both Irish and British), institutes of technologies, post leaving cert colleges and lots of other course providers.

This was an excellent opportunity for our students to go around to the different stands and ask questions and pick up prospectuses on the different course providers. CAO opens in a few weeks, on 5th November, which is the application office for all universities and institutes of technologies in Ireland.
