Kinsale 10 Mile Road Race

We’re delighted to announce the inaugural Kinsale 10 Mile Road Race which will take place on Sunday 24th February at 12pm. It will be a national standard event and is fully licenced by Athletics Ireland. 

The race is being organised by Riverstick Kinsale Athletic Club and Kinsale Triclub. It will start on the road outside Kinsale Community School and will finish by going through the bottom gate of the school grounds, with a finish line on the tarmac athletic track after covering nearly a lap. 

​The event is for athletes aged 18 years and over of ALL ability levels who wish to run the classic 10 mile distance in a beautiful setting.

Prizes will be awarded in the following categories;

  • 1st 5 Male

  • 1st 5 Female

  • 1st Age categories in M/F (40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70)

  • 1st Wheelchair M/F

​The Entry Fee is 25 euro (plus 1.25 processing fee). Proceeds from the event will be divided between Riverstick Kinsale AC, Kinsale Triclub and Kinsale Community School’s running track.
