Internet Safety Talk for Parents
A presentation to parents on internet safety will take place on Tuesday 27th November at 7pm in KCS.
The internet can be a vague and uneasy prospect for parents concerned about online health, privacy and safety for their children, and the speed of change can leave us with ever more questions to ask and no idea where to go for answers. Trend Micro’s ISKF for Parents presentation will give an overview of the most popular apps, some basic information on how kids and parents can protect themselves online and advice about where to get the next questions answered.
This presentation will be delivered by volunteers from Trend Micro’s Internet Safety for Kids and Families (ISKF) programme, which has reached 2.5 million kids, parents and educators since its inception in 2008.
Trend Micro is a world leader in information & network security with a mission to make the world a safer place for exchanging digital information.
