Mercredi 9 Octobre Weds : Check in Cork Airport 16.00pm. Arrive Nice 21.30pm. Home with families. 10kgs Hand Luggage only. No liquids over 100mls)#
Jeudi 10 Octobre : Thurs : Day trip to Nice. Panoramic guided walk above the city, with stunning views of Nice, Proemenade des Anglais, the Mediterranean. Free time in Nice.
Vendredi 11 Octobre: Friday : Meet at school. Reception by Mayor of Antibes at Town Hall. Walking Tour of Antibes with lots of stops for pastries and coffee !! Picnic at the beach.)
Samedi 13 et dimanche 14 Octobre: Séjour en famille. (Weekend with families)
Saturday 17.00 a 19.00 Bowling
Lundi 14 Octobre : Mon : Visit of Cannes, free time, picnic and beach time
Mardi 15 Octobre : Tuesday Day Trip to Monaco by train. Visit Renier Oceanograhic Museum and Aquarium. Walking tour of Old Town with views of Monte Carlo, Formula One Track, Royal Palace, Millionaires Villas
Mercredi 16 Octobre: Wed Morning in school. Home to get bags. Families to bring Irish to airport. Flight leaves 21.50. Arrive Cork 23.00
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
· Advised pocket money 30 euros per day.
· Sun cream and beach wear. French dress is more conservative than Irish !
· French/English dictionary
· A gift for your French Family(eg. Giles Norman Print/Butler’s Chocs. No alcohol.)
· A sense of fun, a willingness to discover a new culture and an open mind. Remember if you find it tough and you are homesick it only lasts a week !!
· 10 kgs only in hand luggage. No liquids over 100mls
· Photos of your family, house, room for return visit etc on your phone
· Do not ask your child to bring back cigarettes, alcohol or medication
