On Friday, October 18th, Kinsale Community School had the privilege of welcoming Minister for Finance, Jack Chambers, following his involvement with the Kinsale Lions Club’s 'Budget Breakfast' event.   

Minister Chambers was warmly greeted by Head Girl Ellie Coughlan, Head Boy Mark O’Driscoll, and a host of students and staff. He spent time engaging with students, learning about their experiences, and exploring the wide array of curricular and extra-curricular activities the school offers.   

During his visit, the Minister toured several areas, including the beauty salon, podcast studio, school credit union, MyGug, theatre, greenhouse, coffee truck, VEX robotics, and as well as Rang Réalta and Rang Rita classes. His visit highlighted the vibrant and diverse learning environment at Kinsale Community School.
