At the end of January this year, one of our own 3rd year students. Nina Wirsam, won the J1 Cork boxing championship and in February, Nina received a Gold medal at the Munster's Boxing Championships. She qualified to fight at the All-IRELAND final on the 30th of April at the National Arena in Dublin. 

On Sunday 30th of April Nina competed at the All-Ireland Boxing Championships at the National Stadium in Dublin. Nina won a Gold medal and she's now Ireland's Boxing Champion in the J1 level in her category. This is a huge achievement and a testament to her hard work and dedication to the sport. 

What an incredible achievement by one of our own students. Your family, teachers and community are incredible proud of all you have achieved. We cannot wait to see your future successes in the field of Boxing.
