Congratulations to 1st year student Leah Murphy who competed at the World Irish Dancing Championships in Belfast last week, representing Munster and her dancing school Kiely Walsh in a fantastic u14 girls championship. Out of 187 girls from all regions in US, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia and other EU countries she placed an amazing 24th! 

The top 24 dancers are titled “World Medal Holders” and automatically quality for 2023 World Championship (in Montreal Canada). This is an unbelievable result for someone with a broken bone in her foot 10 weeks previous! Congratulations Leah from everyone at KCS
