Sixth year Home Economics students went on a Social and Scientific trip to 'Clonakilty Black Pudding' on Friday November 11th. Students enjoyed an interactive tour and a wonderful tasting session. Students gained a great insight into food industry and production. Students finished off the day in true 'Home Ec' style with delicious fish and chips from the Fish Basket.
