A Night of truthful discussion on our emotional growth This is a Webinar of honest and open discussion around nurturing emotional wellbeing and personal growth. We would like to invite people of all ages and communities throughout Cork County to join us on the night. (Minimum age Transition year and above.)

This webinar event has several guests involved on the night, following introductions from local GAA figures we will be in conversation with Conor Cusack who is well known for his exploits as a talented player but also more recently as an Emotional Health advocate.

We will also be in conversation with a range of community members such as Cork Camogie Captain Linda Collins, Ger Rice of Kinsale Youth Support Services as well as representation from Croke Parks National Health Clubs Project Team.

We are hoping the webinar will engage the audience with key messages on how to nurture your own emotional wellbeing but perhaps also to provide support to someone and signpost them to the appropriate services available.
