The Home Economics department would like to thank everyone who participated in the Christmas Bake Off! All entries presented a home baked and decorated Christmas yule log cake. Some delicious yule logs were presented.

Well done to Kate Cusack who received 1st prize, Aengus Price who received 2nd prize and Emile Moisey who received 3rd prize. Other categories included “The Most Creative Design” which was won by Sarah Thuillier and “The Most Authentic Design” which was won by Eva Hadden. Ms O'Shaughnessy was the overall winner in the teacher category. Well done to all our winners and to everyone who entered. All entries were fantastic - and delicious! A huge thank you to our guest judges on the day.
