Science Week 2020 had a digital theme this year as students were encouraged to mix Science with their digital skills. The activities included a Scavenger Hunt using QR codes, a FlipHunt using the Flipgrid app, Tik Tok Investigating Science challenge, Kahoot quiz and a Build an Atom activity. There were high levels of student engagement across all activities and lots of fun was had while learning Science. The Scavenger hunt was certainly a big hit with students. Some of the feedback from students about the various activities included “it was good fun with friends, I also learned new things as well”; “it was enjoyable doing the puzzles and working as a team with my friends” & “I enjoyed making the videos”. Well done to all students who participated in the activities.
