TY students will be travelling to Ballyhass Lakes Activity Centre near Mallow next week. The first group will travel from Monday 1st - Wednesday 3rd October. The bus will depart on Monday 1st Oct at approx 8.45 am and will return on Wednesday 3rd approx. 7pm.

The second group will travel from Wednesday 3rd - Friday 5th October. The bus will depart Kinsale at approx. 8.45am on Wednesday 3rd and will return on Fri 5th at approx. 7pm.

Please do not bring valuables as Ballyhass Lakes cannot take responsibility for these. Mobile phones will be kept by Ballyhass Lakes, access to these will be restricted to certain times or emergencies. Phones will not be permitted in the accommodation.

Students will need to bring the following:

• Any medications required labelled with student name (will be looked after by teachers)

• Packed lunch for the first day as lunch will not be provided

• Snacks that may be required for 3 days

• 2 Towels (One for indoor and one for outdoor use)

• Swimming togs / suit [wetsuits and helmets are provided by Ballyhass]

• Crocks/Flip flops or old runners to get very wet

• Rain gear - ESSENTIAL

• Wellies or suitable footwear for walking in wet conditions

• Warm hat, scarf and gloves

• Changes of warm clothing

• Own toiletries - don’t forget your toothbrush!

• Plastic bags for wet/dirty clothes
